A Seminar on Staff Policies of YMCA Jaffna, Employment Law, Human Resource Development, and Strategic Planning was held on 03rd September 2025 at the YMCA Auditorium for the Staff Members and Board of Directors.
The resource persons were:
- Ms. Thasoniya Vinothan (Visiting Lecturer – Open University of Sri Lanka / Lawyer)
- Ms. Priyanka Tharmakulasingam (Legal Consultant / Lawyer)
- Mr. S. Paul Dharshanth (Human Resources Consultant)
The programme also included group work and interactive games, making the sessions more engaging and participatory. Certificates also presented to the participants.
