Founder’s Day
A thanksgiving service to commemorate ‘Founder’s Day’, on the 6th of June, was held at the gravesite of our founder, President Sir William Twynam, at the St. John’s the Baptist church, graveyard. We thank all those who took part in the service and Mr. P. Andrew Praveen our past President delivered a speech on the history of the YMCA and also, expressed his thanks to all members and well-wishers who had participated.
The YMCA flag was hosted daily in the morning commencing from the 01st to the 06th June. Many of the scheduled events could not be held this year due to the adverse situation prevailing in the country.
